We currently only deliver to mainland United Kingdom, and the delivery charges below are only for delivery to mainland United Kindom. For deliveries to anywhere outside of mainland UK the delivery charge indicated on this website is to be considred as deposit on the final full cost of delivery. For orders placed for delivery outside of mainland UK we will contact you directly prior to us sending your purchases to confirm the final cost of delivery if the cost of postage and packaging will exceed these estimated amounts to advise of the increased cost of delivery. If you decide to cancel your order then a full refund less processing costs will be provided

Delivery charges are calculated by taking into account the overall weight of all items included in the order to try and keep delivery costs to a minimum where ever possible

An order will only be shipped when all of the items in that order are available. If you wish to have items shipped separately please contact us via e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org .
Deliveries are sent via My Hermes tracked parcel delivery (UK only). A tracking reference will be provided once your goods are dispatched. Progress of delivery can be tracked at www.myhermes.co.uk using your tracking reference. Delivery is usually expected within five days of dispatch.
It is important to us at Titan Leathercraft that you are satisfied with the quality of the product that you have purchased, and with the service that you receive from us.
Thinking of returning an item?
If you are thinking of returning a product to us then we would be interested in your feedback. Was it just the wrong size or not quite the colour you were looking for, or was the quality not up to standard? It is important to us that we get your feedback so we can take any steps we can to continually improve both our products and our service to you. If you aren't comfortable giving that feedback directly on the phone or via e-mail then please do give us as many details in writing when you return the goods.
Our 14 day return guarantee
Our 14 day returns guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase and you return it to us in its original condition within 14 days of the date you received the item, repackaged (resealed and shrink wrapped if appropriate, and with items of clothing with the labels still attached) then we will issue a full refund of the price you paid for the item (excluding delivery). Please note that we reserve the right to send back items to you that have been returned to us after 14 days unless they are faulty. This returns and refund policy does not affect your statutory rights
When you return an item back to us we will process the returned item and then notify you of your refund via e-mail. You can expect the refund to be made in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase and for the process to be completed within four weeks of us receiving your return. If you are returning an item because of an error on the part of Titan Leathercraft or if it is damaged or defective then we will refund the delivery charges incurred in sending the item to you, your postage costs of returning the item to us, and the price you paid for the item when originally purchased. Items returned within the seven-day cooling off period
By law customers located in the European Union also have the right to cancel a purchase within seven working days of the day after the date the item is delivered. Where you are canceling a purchase under this legislation we will refund the cost of the item being returned. We will not refund the cost of you returning the goods to us, the original delivery charge, or any other associated costs incurred.
Items returned under the 14 day returns guarantee
Where you are canceling your purchase under the 14 day returns guarantee and there has been no error on our part we will refund only the cost of the item purchased. We will not refund the cost of delivery or other service provided to you in connection with that service.
Due to the bespoke nature of custom made items we will only be able to provide refunds for returns due to the item being faulty or not made to the specifications required.
