Loyalty Card Program
The TLC Loyalty Card is a great way of getting access to free treats and goods, learning about what is going on, and hearing about exclusive offers and events.
How it works:
You can pick up one of our loyalty cards at Titan Leathercraft on Poole Quay or at Tradewinds Coffee Lounge (we hope to add the loyalty program to our Burley Store before the end of 2017).
Complete the minimal information needed on the back of the form and hand the completed form and the card in at any of our till points.
Once we scan the card to activate it you can use it on any purchase in the coffee lounge and most purchases in the Poole store to earn loyalty points for every pound you spend.
When you have collected 500 points the till will print out a £5 voucher for you and then reset your balance accordingly. You can currently use this voucher on any subsequent purchase in either shop or the coffee lounge. (At this point in time you can use a loyalty voucher for purchases made in our Burley Store, but you can’t earn points on purchases made there).
Every receipt will include a mention of the number of points you earned on that transaction, and a confirmation of your current points balance.
What we will do with your information:
- We will send a very occasional newsletter to let you know about upcoming events, changes to the program and about special offers available only for loyalty card holders
- At most you will get only one of these newsletters each month, and you can opt out of receiving them at any time
- We use your postcode information to gather macro information on the geographical location of our customers. This helps us tailor our advertising efforts. Although we ask for your postcode we don’t ask for your full address.
- As you use the loyalty card we start collecting information on the types of products that you like and track trends about products liked by people from different areas of the country and pick up other similar trends.
What we won’t do with your information:
- We never pass your information on to any third parties. We are careful to ensure that we limit the information we hold to the minimum we need. This helps limit the value of that information to third parties, and we ensure that all reasonable steps are taken to keep the data that we do hold safe.
- We won’t send you an overload of information, limiting our newsletters to a maximum of one per month, and if you unsubscribe from them then you won’t receive them from that point forward.
- We never ask for or hold any information on payment methods or cards used
Use of the loyalty card is subject to the following terms and conditions:
Becoming a Member
Your Membership enables you to earn points and to redeem those points ("Points") on certain purchases in participating Titan Leathercraft outlets.
You can become a Member by obtaining a card free of charge at full participating outlets, completing the required information and registering it with any staff member at a till point at that outlet.
Your Membership can only be registered in the name of an individual and only one Membership may be registered in the name of each individual. Registering will protect your Card from loss, theft or damage.
Using your Membership
You can use your Card at any fully participating outlet.
Earning and redeeming points
Points can only be earned at the time of purchase at any fully participating outlet and only if the Card is presented at the time of payment. You will earn eight Points for each complete pound spent on non-excluded purchases. You can check the Points balance of your Membership at any fully participating outlet or by referring to the receipt of your last purchase from a fully participating outlet.
- Individual items with a retail price of over £200 are excluded from earning loyalty points
- Rowallan branded products are excluded from earning loyalty points
- Bulk purchases where a bespoke price has been agreed prior to purchase are excluded from earning loyalty points
The Card cannot be used in conjunction with any discount or privilege card whether issued by us or by any third party.
Points have no cash value. Redeemed points cannot be used again. Points can only be earned, held and redeemed as set out in this Agreement. Any Points obtained or used otherwise than in accordance with this Agreement will be invalid and cannot be redeemed.
Points are personal to the individual Member and cannot be pooled with Points earned by another Member and redeemed together.
Your card is not a credit card, charge card or debit card. You cannot transfer your Card or any stored Points on it to any other person. Please note that your Card is issued by Titan Leathercraft Limited, and remains the property of Titan Leathercraft Limited at all times.
Points are automatically redeemed once you have accumulated 500 points or more. As part of the purchase which results in your points balance reaching or exceeding 500 points your receipt will include a printed voucher with a redeemable value of £5.00. Once the voucher is printed your points balance is reduced by 500 points.
The loyalty voucher has a 60 month expiry date from the date the voucher is printed, and can be used on any purchase at any fully or partially participating outlet.

Expiry and Cancellation
Your Membership does not have an expiry date. However, your Points are only valid so long as you have used your Card to earn points at a fully participating outset in the past 12 months. If your Membership has not been used in this way for 12 consecutive months we reserve the right to remove Points from the balance on your Card.
Expired Points cannot be transferred to a new Card or redeemed or reinstated.
You have the right to cancel your Card at any time by returning it to any participating outlet (either in person or by registered post). If you cancel your Membership, your details will be deleted from our systems and you will lose the right to redeem all Points that are unused at the time of cancellation.
We may, on notifying you, forfeit all accrued Points, and/or suspend your right to collect and/or redeem Points if you are in breach of this Agreement, if we have reasonable grounds to suspect that you are engaged in fraudulent or other criminal activities relating to us or your card, or if you supply false or misleading information to us.
Changes to your details
If you need to change any of the details you provided when you registered, please either: (i) inform a member of staff at any participating outlet or (ii) by e-mail at email@example.com
Loss, theft, damage
You should immediately report any loss or theft of your Card or any fraudulent or unauthorised use of your Membership to us by either: (i) informing a member of staff at any participating outlet or (ii) by e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org
If your Card is damaged or stolen or someone makes unauthorised use of your Membership we may, at our sole discretion, replace your Card and/or transfer any Points stored on your Card to a replacement Card and/or re-credit any Points redeemed without your consent. Circumstances in which we may determine, in our sole discretion, that we will not replace your Card and/or transfer and/or re-credit Points include where we reasonably believe that the notified incident has been caused by your breach of this Agreement or if there are reasonable grounds for suspecting that you are or have been engaged in fraudulent or other unlawful conduct in relation to your Membership.
If we agree to replace your Card, a replacement Card will be provided to you only after providing proof of identity matching the details of the registered card. We reserve the right to charge a replacement Card fee for each replacement Card in the event that you are issued with more than 2 replacement Cards within any 12 month period. If you receive a replacement Card, it will need to be scanned and registered at a participating outlet prior to use, and your lost/damage card will be cancelled.
Points earned through using your Membership are not covered by any compensation scheme.
Data protection and privacy
While registering to become a Member you will be asked to provide certain personal information, including your name, postcode and contact details. We are committed to maintaining the security of your personal information in accordance with the requirements of the Data Protection Act and will take all reasonable steps to ensure that your personal data is kept secure against unauthorised access, loss, disclosure or destruction.
Liability of Titan Leathercraft Limited
Titan Leathercraft Limited shall not be held liable for any default resulting directly or indirectly from any cause beyond our control, including but not limited to, failure of network services and failure of data processing systems.
Your rights as a consumer
As a consumer you have legal rights in relation to goods that are not of a satisfactory quality or fit for purpose and services not carried out with reasonable care and skill. Advice about your legal rights is available from your local Citizens' Advice Bureau or Trading Standards Office. Nothing in this Agreement will affect these legal rights.Variation
We reserve the right to amend or waive any provision of this Agreement from time to time and at any time, or to terminate the loyalty program (and therefore your Membership) on reasonable notice. You should check this page of the Website from time to time to take note of any changes we make, as they are binding on you from the date that we make them.
This Agreement is governed by English law.
