Sale of Products
When you place an order to purchase a product on this website we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your order and containing the order details. Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product which is accepted by us when we send you an e-mail confirmation that we have dispatched that product to you. That acceptance is completed at the time we send the confirmation of dispatch to you
Unless otherwise mentioned all prices on this website are inclusive of UK VAT where applicable.
The delivery costs for orders placed for delivery outside of mainland United Kingdom addresses are to be considered approximate quotes for delivery. For selected orders placed for delivery outside of mainland UK we will contact you after you have placed your order with an exact delivery cost. If you choose not to proceed with your order at that time then we will provide a full refund and your order will be cancelled.
Amendments to Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to make changes to the website, various policies and these Terms and Conditions at any time. You will be subject to the terms and conditions and policies in force at the time that you use this website to place your order with us. If any of these conditions or policies is deemed invalid, void or for any reasons unenforceable then that particular condition will be deemed severable and will not affect the validity or enforceability of any remaining terms, conditions or policies. These terms, conditions and policies are governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and the parties hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
It is important to us at Titan Leathercraft that you are satisfied with the quality of the product that you have purchased, and with the service that you receive from us.
Thinking of returning an item?
If you are thinking of returning a product to us then we would be interested in your feedback. Was it just the wrong size or not quite the colour you were looking for, or was the quality not up to standard? It is important to us that we get your feedback so we can take any steps we can to continually improve both our products and our service to you. If you aren't comfortable giving that feedback directly on the phone or via e-mail then please do give us as many details in writing when you return the goods.
Our 14 day return guarantee
Our 14 day returns guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase and you return it to us in its original condition within 14 days of the date you received the item, repackaged (resealed and shrink wrapped if appropriate, and with items of clothing with the labels still attached) then we will issue a full refund of the price you paid for the item (excluding delivery). Please note that we reserve the right to send back items to you that have been returned to us after 14 days unless they are faulty.
This returns and refund policy does not affect your statutory rights
When you return an item back to us we will process the returned item and then notify you of your refund via e-mail. You can expect the refund to be made in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase and for the process to be completed within four weeks of us receiving your return.
Items returned due to defect
If you are returning an item because of an error on the part of Titan Leathercraft Ltd. or if it is damaged or defective then we will refund the delivery charges incurred in sending the item to you, your postage costs of returning the item to us, and the price you paid for the item when originally purchased.
Items returned within the seven-day cooling off period
By law customers located in the European Union also have the right to cancel a purchase within seven working days of the day after the date the item is delivered. Where you are cancelling a purchase under this legislation we will refund the cost of the item being returned. We will not refund the cost of you returning the goods to us, the original delivery charge, or any other associated costs incurred.
Items returned under the 14 day returns guarantee
Where you are cancelling your purchase under the 14 day returns guarantee and there has been no error on our part we will refund only the cost of the item purchased. We will not refund the cost of delivery or other service provided to you in connection with that service.
Due to the bespoke nature of custom made items we will only be able to provide refunds for returns due to the item being faulty or not made to the specifications required.
